"The hotel itself is very good. However, the dining room service is terrible. This is the second time that we'e stayed at Kinnitty, and both times it took more than 45 minutes to get our meals. This is unacceptable--no meal should take more than 20 minutes to prepare. The first time we were there, three years ago, we were the first or second to place our order. This time there were many more people in the dining area, but they had all been served already. In neither case should it have taken more than 45 minutes to get our food. Unless this problem is fixed, we won't stay at Kinnetty again."
