"I wouldn’t say this hotel is 4 Star at all. It was extremely poor service.
1st: The rooms smelt of damp and mugginess and I mentioned this to the girl staff and her response was, I can spray it… it shouldn’t be smelling in the first place.
2nd: We asked on two separate days for almond milk because it’s on the menu… the response on the second day was - you can go to a different sector for almond milk, so it means getting in a cab to get coffee when there is a coffee shop onsite with almond milk on the menu. The staff were very unhelpful. And I found this very rude!
3rd: We asked if they can book us a taxi - we were told by the staff… here is the number, you can do it yourself.
Just useless response and not helpful at all. I will not be recommending this so called “4 star” hotel to no one!!! It’s more like a 1-2 star in my opinion.
Never staying here again!!
