"Impressive, perfect for the budget. Very clean and you can see they are remodeling and keeping the property little by little. The last touch I would do since the bathroom seems new, it will be the furniture and the bed headboards. Besides that, everything great. Thank you for everything."
"We really enjoyed how quaint and clean the place was, as well as the Pooler's trail being available to trek. It was very peaceful to wake up and hear the birds, know the neighborhood was safe enough for my son to wander around and explore nature and the picnic table. I only wish I had paid closer attention to the no smoking or vaping on the property because my husband vapes, and we wanted to be considerate of the hostess' wishes. Also to whomever brings their littles under five years old, make sure you have a baby gate for the stairs leading to the bed upstairs. All in all, we would definitely use this place again."
"The staff was amazing. Very friendly and apologized for our experience. After all, wasn't her fault. So first it started with the pool closed due to repairs.. only reason we went for this hotel and not the better one across the street. Then my daughter got freaked out when a roach come crawling from under the bed. Fire alarm beeped half the night until we finally just took it upon ourselves to take it down so we could sleep. Beds were uncomfortable. Sadly we wont be returning."
Peaceful Starke Retreat w/ Deck: 6 Mi to Downtown!
10/10 Excellent
"We had a fantastic stay at Peaceful Starke property! The place was absolutely immaculate — spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Unfortunately, we only got to enjoy it at night since our days were packed, but it was the perfect place to unwind and rest after long days out.
The beds were unbelievably comfortable — hands down the best sleep we’ve had in a long time! (I even took a picture of the mattress to try and find one for home!)
We’d love to come back again soon and spend more time enjoying the property and doing more family activities in the area. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and welcoming place.
Thank you again, Ben, for a wonderful stay!"
