"The amenities were useless, the pool was locked up, the sauna is for a fee paid in coins apparently. But the worst thing is that we didn`t get breakfast AT ALL, even though it was also clearly stated as included in the listing. In actual fact we didn`t even see or meet anyone there. "AC is advertised but the property had turned it off centrally, and they didn't heed to our request to enable it. It was too hot in the room so we had a sleepless night. Customer service is really apathetic all around. Minibar was not working and they didn't make any effort to fix it. They just said it would be repaired after we check out. Breakfast buffet was decent."

"Lovely hotel right in the centre of Český Krumlov and next to the river. The staff were friendly and the room was a good size and clean. Our son particularly liked the glass floor in the restaurant where you can see a small stream that runs into the Vltava. One tip, if you're driving there, don't use Google maps as it takes you to the road above the hotel with no way to get down to the river side, use the Czech mapy.cz instead "
