"I have stayed several times at this location while traveling and look forward to staying her again in the future. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I travel with my dog and they accommodate us with a pet-friendly room. There is a grassy area/field next to the property and I appreciate the space to walk and run my pup. My rooms have always been clean. Will definitely be back."

"Fantastic location in the heart of Marshalltown! No elevator but the staff helped us bring all of our luggage up. Room was unbelievably spacious and it was quiet. Would definitely stay here again! The restaurant/bar below was small but quaint and the food was good."

"I gave excellent reviews because the of the price of $83/night. The property is clean and sufficient for a place to sleep. TV, pool, ice, and laundry. Breakfast is minimal, but serve both hot and cold foods. If you are looking for fancy or more amenities, this isn’t it."
