very dirty basic hotel nothing like the photos

very unfriendly staff,checked in early and were given a room which had croacroaches and no hot water, after a complaint later on in the morning were given a different room no 305 which also had coacroahes not well maintained no toilet paper no hot water the taps were not working. overall it is a very dirty hotel not maintained. staff were not professional. very poor location in a office block.

Nice rooms bad location

Room was very nice. Big and com for table bed, downside was the aircondition was located right on top of the headboard, made it very noisy nights. Bathroom was big but water was gathering in the corner. No toilet papers and you have ask for put hot water on which was not practical. Although both were provided on request. No wifi or A/C or lift working when electricity was out... hotel should have their own generator. Hotel staff were very helpful especially Binding on reception desk.

centrally located. Approach is bad

Car parking is awful. Furniture has very sharp corners, Children and elderly needs to be very careful. As it is located on third floor of a shopping comlex. I observed there is no fire escape and dangerous. there is no power backup, my wife has to climb stairs as there was no power for long time. Positives Centrally located, neat and good and helpful reception desk.

Lovely Place

Nice Budget hotel but rooms are big and clean. Bathroom are spacious. The room allocated to me initially was with faulty shower but they moved me immediately when I told them of the problem. The Location is near the circle on Yagnik Road. Quite busy area but nice rooms and quiet up in the hotel. OYO Rooms team should let us know the name of Hotel as it is not clear on the confirmation. OYO are kind of agent in between. So during the confirmation, it would be nice to have the name of Hotel itself.
