Management staff is very poor.As i was booked room before one week,but during confirmation prior to check in they denied for room reservation.After clarification with manager they allotted me room.property is New one.food is good.

It was very good except check-in process can be Better. It was busy time so the reception ask me to take a seat and said they will call me which they never did. Few minutes I had to join the check in que. After check in it took them time to find the door key Que. It certainly wasn’t efficient

Surprised that it didn't have a safe in the room. The TV kept tripping several times. Checkin was not very smooth. Although we had booked a River view room we were given a different room & were shifted on protesting. Payment was demanded in advance & again during check out, had to show them the receipt to prove payment had been made. Overall experience was not as expected from an ITC Hotel.
