I loved that I was warmly welcomed and given an opportunity to check in early after an insane 5 am departure time from my home. It meant the absolute world to me to get in early and take a nice nap to recharge in a clean and comfortable room. I would stay again here just for this very reason. Everything was top tier including all the employees. The free breakfast was delicious as well.

The rooms and facility are top notch. We booked a specific room reservation days before, but were told 1 hour before check-in that our room was not available, and the hotel was sold out. We had no alternative but to sqeeze into a much smaller room.

I stayed here for Dreamville festival this year. It was a short walk from the hotel to the pop ups and other activities they had going on in the area. It was also about a 10 minute walk to the shuttle. The room was very nice and spacious.

This was a great location, only a short walk. I feel expedia needs to update their i formation of cost. 1. Parking available yes for $30 / night extra. 2. There was an extra $95 incidental fee held at arrival. 3 so not ALL cost are included in reservation fee. On a good note the room was great and the staff was awesome!

Overall stay was great. However, your system double booked us and you comped us another room. For future maybe check to see so this doesnt happen again. Also, I Was told my hilton honors points would be used for the second room, this is unaceptable. The room should be completely comped not charged to me when it was in no way my error. I had booked weeks in advance to make sure something like this did not happen.
