"The hotel is run down, carpet is in bad condition. There was a cockroach ( at least one big one I saw) crawling on the hallway . Bathroom ceiling has water mark of leak from above rooms. It is nothing like the picture . It has no light at night to find the hotel. "

"The room was overall clean for what we needed it for however our toilet went out and wouldn’t flush on the last night. Breakfast was only from 5:30 until 9. The day time staff wasn’t the most friendly but overall for what we needed it was OK nothing more, nothing less. "

"didn't get room requested due to "WHAT ?" - I'm a disabled VET and identified myself as so when i checked in . I have issues sleeping. requested upper room away from noise and pets odors and dander due to issues. However, was booked in room on 2nd floor in front of the atrium area noise and waffle irons beeping people talking each morning awaking us. I had requested accommodations at front desk at check in as I had when booking and desk attendant was aware of request during check in... Actions by employees like we experienced are not good for business and Wydham should function at a higher level than experienced.... also, when checking out this korning I did not get a receipt.... Need to know no extra charger were added... Thanks...."
