"Helpful and friendly staff. The natural science museum, restaurants and pullen park are at a walking distance. I found it curious that they have a fridge with pre packed ice in the lobby, but it was convenient. Their coffee at the lobby was fairly good."

"I am disabled and I had to have a procedure the next day across the street at Duke Raleigh hospital so had to eat broth but had a long distance to walk to use the microwave why don't have one in the room had me hurting really bad just to get there to heat up broth and walk a mile back spilling some as I went back to the room."
