"It is clean and nice hotel. I stayed with my friend in a twin room, and we liked the wall design. All staffs were also very friendly and helpful. They gave us information of the places to visit, too. Food at the restaurant and the breakfast are also nice. "

"Utterly incapable of providing the required service standerd.
1. Bad front desk.
2. I don't think I was allotted the room that I had booked and was provided a lower category room.
3. There was no room heating available for us but I saw it was available for the frontdesk staff! Marxism.
4. Poor plumbing and insufficient size of the bathroom water heater
