Didnt stay. It was closed

My stay didnt happen. The hotel was closed for the season. Im not sure why a booking was even offered. Huge padlock on the door. Trees down everywhere. Parking lot a mess. Trying to cancel for a refund was a messy process as its hard to speak to humans via hotels.com
