"I never stayed here in the end because when I went to the address associated with the hotel, it didn’t exist. I called the phone number on the booking and nobody answered. Hours later, the phone number called me back but I was asleep on the floor of a family members hotel room and the hotel refused to refund the money. What a disappointment and what an unprofessional hotel!"
