From the moment we arrived, he and his team went above and beyond to make sure every single day was fun, relaxed, and full of good vibes. Whether it was organizing activities, checking in to see if we needed anything, or just bringing that infectious energy that turns a good vacation into a great one, Felix and his crew were always smiling, professional, and genuinely caring.
