"Arrived very tired having struggled to find it due to road closures. booked on here, no one at the hotel to welcome usas explained on our booking paperwork. Rang and got through to an English speaking person who cycled down to us to show us in and let us park the motorcycle in the locked garage. "Incredibly helpful staff. Amazing food from the restaurant (room service). The venison is a must. Rooms are bright and airy and the beds are so comfortable you dont want to get up. Lovely attitude to people with pets and some lovely walks close to the hotel. Definitely a peaceful stop before heading into the chaos of German motorways. "
