"The property was well maintained and the room was as advertised. The checkin process took us a little by surprise (no front desk) but once I checked my Expedia messages I was on the right path and it was clear and easy."

"We reserved a comfort suite because we wanted the extra bedroom and full kitchen. However, when checking in, we were told they gave our room to a guest who wanted to extend their stay, so they put us in a Superior Double Room instead. No extra bedroom. No kitchen. No adjustment in price or partial refund. They offered us one day of free breakfast (which we did not take) to compensate the change in room. If we had wanted their breakfast, we would have booked that. We wanted the extra space and kitchen that we paid for. So, in the end, we paid a higher price for a lesser room. And to top it off, hotels.com was no help because the hotel has a “strict cancellation policy.” WE DID NOT CANCEL! The hotel changed our stay with no notice or real effort to help us put. Bottom line, I do not recommend. And, hotels.com does not back up their customers. Look elsewhere."

"The host was very kind, welcoming by leaving our keys out despite of the late check in and holiday, and the property itself was nicely maintained. We appreciated the hospitality and could tell there was effort put into making guests feel comfortable. Since there were no staff available during our stay due to the holiday, it was thoughtful that they left the closet open with extra sheets and towels in case guests needed anything, which we appreciated. However, there were a few things that made our stay more challenging than expected. I didn’t realize beforehand that the property was located in a fairly remote area, which made getting around a little more difficult than anticipated. Since there were no staff present because of the holiday, it also felt a bit isolating at times if assistance had been needed. Although we were able to lock our room door, we didn’t feel completely secure because the main entrance doors were left open overnight. This made us a little uneasy from a safety standpoint. Additionally, there was a noticeable musky smell that became somewhat bothersome during our stay and affected overall comfort. Overall, the host was kind and accommodating, and there were thoughtful touches throughout the stay. With clearer expectations about the remote location, improvements to ventilation, and more attention to building security, the experience could be even better."

"I had a really pleasant stay overall. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my time there. You can tell he cares about making sure guests feel comfortable and taken care of. The place itself was very nicely maintained, clean, secure, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One thing that really stood out to me was his kindness and hospitality. I accidentally came out late for breakfast one morning, and despite the time, he still took the effort to cook me bacon, which I truly appreciated. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel very welcomed and cared for. Small acts of kindness like that really make a stay memorable. The host also provided clear instructions and was informative whenever I had questions. Overall, I appreciated the warm hospitality and effort put into making guests feel at home. I would definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to return in the future."

"We never saw any person from the hotel the entire 4 days we were there. We tried to call the number on the front door to ask what the WiFi password was and it said the call couldn’t be completed. The only thing nice about the hotel is Mamma Mia restaurant next door. The room did get cleaned everyday. It was “clean” but very old. The carpet was a little dirty. The restaurant attached to the hotel was never open. We were very confused "
