Got lost to our room, maintenance worker who helped us was very friendly. Parking availability is SMALL. Dont try to leave after 3 pm or you will not find parking again.
Front desk staff sent my son a birthday card and birthday cake! Made my son feel special. Appreciated the gesture, front desk team went above and beyond for our stay.
Room was clean. Mini fridge in room didnt work good. Took hoursss for it to cool.
No service at pool locations. Had to hunt a worker down for ordering drinks. No towel service attendant. Towels were almost always gone. The water slide attendant was great! I believe Jesse was his name.
Overall stay was good. Would go back again. "
"My husband and I stayed here for our 5 year anniversary and absolutely loved it. The room/villa was very spacious, clean, and nice and cold. The pool was a great time as well. They have a large screen outdoor TV and had the football games on while we were out there. We will be staying here again very soon."

"We arrived at the hotel 1/2 hour earlier than checkin time and had no problems checking in early. The reception staff was polite, friendly and efficient with checking us in. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also nice and clean. The facility was nice and quiet during the night. Other staffs were friendly and greeted us during our time there. We enjoyed our stay very much. "
