"This property was our favorite by far! It was an absolutely beautiful setting and the family that owns it were very gracious and welcoming. There were even freshly baked cakes for us to enjoy. The room was perfect with hidden surprises like some mice sleeping in a cigar box in the bedside table. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. We loved the hot tub and the stroll around the property. Our family really fell in love with this place. If we are lucky enough to visit Iceland again, we will be booking another stay at the Garage! "

"By far our favorite place we have ever stayed! The cottages are adorable and very clean. The horses were playful and friendly and the views were so great from our rooms. The staff went above and beyond for us. We had to leave early one morning and couldn’t make breakfast and the staff went out of their way and made us to go bags of breakfast! They made plenty and gave us extra snacks and a sweet note to enjoy our day! Top notch!"

"A beautiful well equipped cottage in a stunning location. It was clean, easy to get into and the view of the mountains was breathtaking. 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed there and it was small but well laid out so we felt like we had a good amount of space. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was nice to have coffee, tea and sugar (many places we stayed at on the trip didn’t so this was great to see). We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend this accommodation."
