"Alleine schon für das freundliche Personal (die Besitzerin?) lohnt sich ein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Ich glaube ich habe noch nie solch eine Gastfreundlichkeit erlebt. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, das Frühstück morgens ist überraschend vielfältig. Die Lage ist optimal, die Hauptstraße ist keine fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und so läuft man auch zum Fähranleger nicht sehr lange. Ich würde jederzeit wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten und es absolut weiterempfehlen. "

"Nach einem etwas holprigen Start an der Rezeption war der Aufenthalt dann aber durchaus angenehm. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, funktional und ein sehr schönes Badezimmer. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut wo im besonderen die Freundlichkeit des Personals hervorzuheben ist "

"Sehr gute zentrale Unterkunft in Utersum. Edeka, , drei Restaurants und Stefans Tortenmanufaktur praktisch direkt vor der Tür und trotzdem ruhig. Wir hatten Zimmer Nr 12 am Endes des Flures im ersten Stock mit Morgensonne. Das Zimmer enthält einen Minikuhlschrank (angemessene Preise) und einen Tresor. Wir konnten beinahe jeden Tag draußen frühstücken. Es war alles da was mach braucht (nur kein Spiegelei) und etliche Teesorten (auch lose). Im Pool waren wir nicht, wir waren morgens am Meer. Aber...

"Ein schönes Hotel in List mit sehr netten Personal. Wir durften unsere Hund mitbringen. Wir und unser Hund wurden nett empfangen. Das Personal war die ganze Woche nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist noch nicht so alt und in einem guten Zustand. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker."

"Really lovely hotel very near the beach and bus stop- we were travelling by public transport. We were given beach access tickets by the hotel as part of the deal which was fab. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed in the room, coffee making facilities etc, and extra in the foyer. Lots of cushions!! Checking in time a little restrictive; we just got there by 18.00h and managed to phone for access codes in time. I hadn’t received the text informing us of access codes by that time. "
