Loved the Resort Arctic Igloos. We stayed for 2 nights and can't see Aurora due to the weather too cloudy. The resort doesnt provide slippers ! The only setback Is the location. No buses, free shuttle service to near by mini market. Transportation need to pay ! Next time should rent a car for more convenient .

Expected a little more isolation of igloos from each other for the price. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just ok, the fish was not fresh at all.

Very cute cabin with all amenities you need. WiFi is good. We are family of 4 ( 2 kids 12 and 5) Extra beds are small even for the kids. We have to check in at Holiday village Gulo Gulo at Ranua zoo before driving to the Igloo which is about 5 mins away.( the instructions was sent to us earlier so no confusion) . The staff are very nice and helpful.

If you want to escape from the real world then this is the place to be. No one bothers you if you don’t want to be bothered. If compact and bijou but has pretty much anything you could possibly need.

Awesome 270 degree view of the frozen lake. Unforgettable experience at the igloos! Absolutely luxurious. Highly recommend to stay at least 2 nights to properly experience the igloos. Staff were very helpful and intelligent. 10/10 would come again in future!

Really nice setup
The igloo was very clean the staff was very nice really good experience for my wife’s 50th birthday but right at the end it was ruined by the transfer was the wrong time resulting in us having to pay for two nights at another hotel and I flight home. Really disappointing

The igloos were really cool! I emailed ahead to request a lake front igloo because there's 2 rows and they emailed back quickly and said they would accommodate. I did indeed get a lake front igloo. The grounds were nice, there was also people camping nearby, and they had a trampoline, a play set, mini golf, a grill area, a beach and a long dock. The igloo was new and very clean. We closed the blinds to the sides and left them open to the lake so it felt very private. We used the little private sauna in the small attacked cabin area, and then went and jumped in the lake!

Igloo was spacious with bath and sauna, as compared to other glass igloos in Finland. There is also a kitchenette for cooking. Buffet breakfast was good. I enjoyed my stay there. Only downside is that we have to transport our luggages from the igloo to n fro the reception during check in and checkout.

飯店員工沒有紀律
每個冰屋都是獨立的，辦理入住的大廳是一棟在園區最前面的房子，入住當天飯店告知隔天早餐時間08：00開始，隔天我們08：30抵達入住大廳準備用早餐，吃完要離開飯店往下一個行程，但是大門鎖住裡面根本沒有人，同時也有好幾組客人在門口等待，一直沒有員工來開門，當天早上溫度大約是-10左右，早上8點多天還沒亮，我們住的冰屋是園區的最後面，步行來回需要近20分鐘，你只能選擇在這麼冷的天氣在戶外等待或是走回房間等，這是一個很不負責的工作態度，入住當天是平安夜，我可以理解員工可能前一晚有活動很難早起，但必須要告訴我們早餐時間需要被延後，而不是讓我們花時間在這麼冷的天氣裡等待跟步行，這讓住宿體驗感到很差。

Ainutlaatuinen ja unohtumaton majoitus järvinäköalalla. Pilvetön taivas kruunasi kokemusta. Iglu siisti ja sopivan tilava. Meidän onni oli, että naapuri-igluissa ei ollut majoittujia, muutoin ei olisi ollut kunnon yksityisyyttä. Respasta annettiin mukaan aamiainen, joka oli jossain määrin maistuva ja kiva syödä mahtavassa ympäristössä, mutta ehkä tuohon hintaan odottaisi jotain "premiumia" eikä esim pikkuisen kuivuneita markettileivän siivuja.

Peace and quiet
Dormir num igloo, é como dormir no planetário você tem todas as estrelas acima de você. E se tiver sorte pode ver a aurora boreal. O igloo tem uma cozinha completa e sauna, compensa a falta de opções de restaurantes na cidade. É perto do zoológico, mas é extremamente calmo e silencioso. Melhor lugar para fugir do stress da cidade.

Iglu oli hienosti sisustettu ja viihtyisä. Oma sauna iso plussa, joskin olisin kaivannut peflettiä. Iglut ovat vieri vieressä, kahdessa rivissä, jolloin kakkosrivin iglujen maisemien esteenä on naapurimökit. Verhojen ollessa auki näillä mökeillä ei ole omaa rauhaa johtuen myös vieressä kulkevasta kävelytiestä.

Hauska kokemus
Todella miellyttävä ja hauska kokemus. Siistiä. Aamupala koronan vuoksi take a way- ja oli vähän köykänen. Mutta mukava syödä omassa iglussa omaan tahtiin. Nettiyhteys hidas (jotkut tekee lomallakin vähän töitä). Suosittelen kokemusta muillekin.

Ruusuja!
Loistava palvelu ja sijainti. Siisteys oli iglussa todella hyvä! Aamupala koronan vuoksi pettymys, ei ollut esim. tuoreita hedelmiä tarjolla, vaan esim. kolmioleipiä, jotka ovat teollisen makuisia. Ihana kokemus kyllä muuten, tulemme toistekin.

Kesälomamatkalla
Iglu oli kerrassaan upea! Hiljattain valmistuneissa igluissa on pieni keittiö, josta löytyy kaikki tarpeellinen ruoanvalmistukseen. Lisäksi igluissa on tyylikäs kylpyhuone ja sauna. Televisiota niistä ei löydy, eikä tarvitsekaan kun aika kuluu maisemia katsellessa. Kesäaikaan iglussa oli melko kuuma, kun aurinko paistaa igluun oikeastaan koko päivän. Iglusta löytyy ilmalämpöpumppu, mikä viilentää iglua melko tehokkaasti, mutta kesäaikaan pieneen kuumuuteen on syytä varautua. Lisäksi kesäaikaan iglussa on yölläkin melko valoisaa vaikka verhot sulkisikin. Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä annetut ”unilaput” tulivat kyllä käyttöön. Kaikin puolin mahtava majoituskokemus, tosin talviaikaan olisi vielä mahtavampi!

Ho scelto questa soluzione per l’ultima notte in Lapponia, dopo aver visitato il vicino zoo di Ranua. Non abbiamo sentito una mancanza di privacy, ci sono tende che possono coprire fino a 1.10 m di altezza. Ampio lo spazio della camera, tanto che avrei messo anche qualche superficie d’appoggio in più. Ben studiato ma un po’ risicato il bagno con la sauna. 1 mq in più non sarebbe guastato. Tutto é nuovo, ci sono molte prese e luci soffuse che rendono magica l’atmosfera. La cucina é completa, dal microonde al piano cottura, stoviglie e detersivi. La colazione sempre inclusa nel prezzo é abbondante e varia. Non abbiamo usufruito della cena; viene offerta con una scelta di 3/4 portate principali ad un costo fisso di 26/persona. Attenzione a selezionare il numero giusto di ospiti; anche se di solito il prezzo è su camera doppia, avendo per sbaglio messo 1 solo ospite, ci è stata chiesta la differenza al check-in.

Iglu oli siisti ja hieno. Hieman yksityisyyttä olisimme kaivanneet. Iglut ovat rakennettu vieri viereen, verhot piti pitää kiinni, jos ei halunnut, että viereisestä iglusta näkee koko ajan kokonaan sisälle. Miinusta siitä, että alaikkunoiden verhoja ei saanut kunnolla kiinni, vaan niihin jäi sellaisia rakoja, että ulkoa näkee, varsinkin pimeällä, hyvin sisään. Koko iglussa pitäisi olla ikkunoissa sellaiset tummennuskalvot, että iglusta näkee ulos, mutta ulkoa ei näe sisään, vaikka verhot olisivat auki. Iglusta ei päässyt suoraan järveen, niin kuin mainoksessa annettiin ymmärtää, vaan piti kävellä n.200 m:n matka leirintäalueen saunan hiekkarantaan, jossa laituri oli. Sängyt olivat laadukkaat ja hyvät nukkua. Näin kesällä aurinko paistoi yölläkin kattoikkunoista sisään igluun, joten iglussa ei saanut oikein nukuttua. Aamupala oli niukka. Ensimmäisenä aamuna tarjolla ei ollut edes leikkeleitä ja vihanneksia. Ravintolan ruoka oli hyvin tavallista. Hieno kokemus kuitenkin ja voin suositella paikkaa muillekkin.

Asunto oli kylmä iltapäivällä/illalla, lämpöä saatiin 11 jälkeen. ( soitin ja valitin n.21,30 sinne mistä saimme avaimen). Lupasivat huoltomiehen säätämään lämpötilaa reilun tunnin kuluttua.
