"The room was clean and ready for us when we got there. Being from America, we were a little confused about the address and at first ended up in the town Norager. But then we put in the exact address of the motel and found it 15 minutes away in Haverslev within the municipality of Norager,
We never had personal contact with the staff. We communicated with them by email. They gave us the code to our room the morning of the day of our check-in. We were traveling with limited Internet, so the fact that we got it in the morning of our previous hotel stay was perfect. We were able to get the room code right before we lost internet service.
The motel is located right off the freeway exit. We were able to use our stay as a central location to other places we wanted to see. It was about an hour away from the area Frederikshavn and Skagen.
There are a few fast food eateries close by; Burger King, McDonald’s and a couple of local grills. We were excited about a McDonald’s close by since breakfast was not included with our stay. However the McDonald’s in Denmark don’t have much of a breakfast menu and the don’t open until 8:00. One morning we had McDonald’s, and the next morning we got pastries from the Circle K across the street. Burger King was not open for breakfast."
