"First, check in was hassle free. The front desk staffs were welcoming and friendly. Elisabetha, Natanial, ( I may misspelled their name) Monia, they were very helpful and prompt action to my request. I appreciate this high level of service attributes. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Good bed and choices of pillows to select is great. Parking is with a fee and well secured at their garage. Worth the 35 euro per day fee. Breakfast spread is sumptuous. Location is ideal, the view is simply beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will highly recommend this hotel. "

"this property was amazing …water access, gym , easy access to cinque Terra…. great reastaurants and no crowds in rapallo …. and play tennis no english needed ! the breakfast was the big disappointment! we stayed at all 5 stars in Rome, Florence, Asissi and rapallo… all had amazing breakfast except this hotel ….its older , but no excuse to be the best … you must look what other hotels serve …. canned fruit is not acceptable "

"Fantastic staff. Very nice and helpful. We spoke Italian but they are fluent in English as well. Very accommodating and plenty of suggestions if needed. Didn't get to use spa but nice breakfast each morning , good espresso and you can walk to virtually anywhere in town. Close to boat rentals as well. Will be back when we visit Rapallo again"

"We drove in from the Genoa airport and needed to make sure the hotel offered parking. The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and communicative. It was easy to find and even though we arrived before check in they had space that allowed us to freshen up and store our luggage so that we could keep to our schedule as we were in town only for one night and had a lot to squeeze in. The room was HUGE! We traveled with our 2 teenage children so we chose the 2 bedroom 1 bath room and it was perfect. The hotel is a short 15-20 min walk to the Rapallo train station where you can easily purchase an on/off pass for the family to visit Cinque Terre. Breakfast was delicious with so much variety and the ambiance was beyond lovely. I would highly recommend Hotel Canali and will visit again should we ever find ourselves back in that region. "
