Kuala Lumpur City Centre4 nights4.5 star property8.8/10 - Excellent (92 reviews)"Where to even begin... We have stayed in Kuala lumpur many times in different apartment hotels but this was by far the worst. Firstly check in process was very poor and unprofessional, staff member basically handed us a card and took to the room and left. When we arrived at the room it was an absolute state, stank of cigarettes. Dirt everywhere, marks all over the walls, broken furniture. The toilet had a pool of water around it from a leak. We were offered a room change and all the rooms were..."Reviewed November 5, 2026Return • Singapore (SIN) - Kuala Lumpur (KUL)SIN - KUL • Direct KUL - SIN • DirectS$1,214S$427found 1 day agoper traveller - Eaton Residence KLCC

Room was clean and had lots of extras like a washing machine, iron, slippers, fridge & freezer, kitchen utensils and more. My complaints would be that maintenance and upkeep of equipment in all of Malaysia is poor. For example none of the running machines in the gym were working and they all had signs on them saying Maintenance required. My second issues was the noise..."Reviewed November 7, 2026Return • Singapore (SIN) - Kuala Lumpur (KUL)SIN - KUL • Direct KUL - SIN • DirectS$1,087S$418found 1 day agoper traveller

Images posted do not necessarily reflect the room you will receive. Let’s just say the reception is…well…lacking. No WiFi. Ridiculous deposit required yet when I stay in far superior places I’ve never been asked for a deposit. Not much around. Sad, joyless."

Collection O Seremban Near Gateway Mall Formerly Sri Mutiara Hotel"I didnt feel i was welcome by the Indian receptionists, seemed they were looking down upon me. The second I entered the room, I felt disgusted, the room was old, the washroom smelled musty, hairs and unknown dark bits were on the floor, the yellowish pillow covers smelled oily, like they werent even changed. dead insects were found inside the cupboard and closet, air con was noisy, the hot water wasnt hot enough, I found no toothbrush, no cups, no kettle, no toilet paper, no bottled water were...
