"La propiedad no es apta si viajas con alguna mascota, las cabañas son de tamaño pequeña solo para dos personas Max, al llegar pudimos notar que la habitación no había sido refrescada, no había papel de baño, shampoo etc. La cama es acogedora y el aire acondicionado estaba en buenas condiciones pudimos descansar. "I stayed in Carolina for 6 days and we absolutely loved it! The staff was so nice, the dining area was incredible, and the waiters went above and beyond—they definitely deserve a raise! I traveled with three kids (ages 9, 6, and 2), and the water was perfect for them since it was very shallow. My husband had to work during our stay, but the staff also went above and beyond by setting up a large table for his computer to make his workspace much more comfortable. Additionally, tour bookings are right next door, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance."

"Our room was clean, the bedding was changed every 3 days, the property looks very nice. The food is pretty fancy, the chef knows what they are doing for sure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A couple of suggestions though: the room needs additional storage in the bathroom, there's absolutely nowhere to put your stuff. Also, if the hotel is advertised as luxury please provide hangers and skin lotion."
