"We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. "Really nice boutique hotel in Zadar, ideally located for walking into the old town and just few mins from the Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun landmarks. Only 3 parking spaces but was able to secure one in advance (20 Euros per day). Staff were very friendly and helpful for local advice. Bedroom really spacious and well-equipped. Small dining area in the hotel, with more room on the patio, nice selection of breakfast options and numerous restaurants nearby."
