"We had a terrible stay. We were given a room that was either occupied or not turned over. When we entered, the beds were unmade, food in the garbage, cups on the counter. The front desk gave us a new room. The new room had a terrible odor but we decided to stay. In the middle of the night someone was trying to enter our room, opening our door. I had the inner safety lock so they could not come in. When I spoke with the manager he told me no one could come in without a key. I feel like there was an error and I was unhappy with the resolution. They offered me extra Marriott points, however given the lack of safety while traveling alone with my daughter I expected more. I was very disappointed. "
