Absolutely brilliant. Couldn’t fault it at all. The staff were amazing and extremely hospitable. We were awarded a complimentary upgrade for my boyfriend’s birthday and were able to use the Bentley to be dropped off in town. Rooms were lovely and clean, and very warm! Will definitely be ...

The value for money was outstanding with the off site Spa included in the price, ideal location for a walk to town for a few beers or a short walk to Brant Fell for some stunning views, will definitely be staying again.

Really enjoyed the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway trip up to Boot and back. Impressed by the small size of the village yet there were three pub/eating places and a small village shop! Potential for nice walks especially at low tide.
Nice pub next door with some good foot and an excellent selection of beers.
It was just a stop for the night so didn't explore or visit anywhere
