"An old monastery, expect small rooms though perfectly clean Shower is no bigger than a cruise ship Air conditioner works at a setting prearranged I did try to maker cooler unsuccessfully but the room was comfortable Breakfast was excellent hot and cold item with large fruit variety, capuchins were fantastic At the reception CHIARA was extremely helpful and pleasant, she even help me made arrangements for next day pick up since we were having a cruise"

"Hotel is a very short walk from Ravenna train station. Staff was very pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable, although a bit dated. We took advantage of the free cruise shuttle. Comfortable smooth and timely ride. Thank you so much! Breakfast was small but tasty, especially the daily cakes! We would stay again if in Ravenna for a cruise departure or to visit the Dante corridor."

"Pretty poor service-there was a business conference on when we arrived-so no restaurant or cafe and no bar available. The restaurant wasn’t available until 7pm and the bar 5pm. Waited 40 mins after ordering our food and when we complained we were told they had a large bus party in the restaurant. The obvious conclusion from that was the coach party took priority even though we were in the restaurant before them. We had only ordered pizza and french fries. The room was ok but the hotel is situated outside of the town so nowhere to go unless you walk. It is a very long walk to get anywhere/wouldn’t stay again-we only stayed as we were going on a cruise nearby"
