"Short spontaneous booking/stay. The place is a bit older, but nice and clean and the owner are kind and not so strict with check-out/breakfast/etc.
Spontaner kurzer Aufenthalt. Die Gaststätte ist bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber auch seinen alten Charme bewahrt, mir gefiel es sehr. Alles war sauber und das N ötigeste vorhanden was es braucht. Sehr nette Wirte/Besitzer, die auch bisserl flexibel mit den Frühstücks- und Check-Out-Zeiten waren. Gerne wieder mal."

town is super cute and one of the examples of "Fachwerk" houses I have seen in Germany. Also steeped in history. The castle was a seat of one of the most important rulers of Germany. Definitely worth a visit and overnight stay. Great dinner options in the old town center."

"Check-in funktioniert leider nicht wie geplant, auf die von Expedia empfohlene Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte keine Reaktion. Ab 16:00 soll der Check-in vor Ort möglich sein. Gegen 16:15 war niemand erreichbar, die ausgehängte Telefonnummer wurde zwei Mal zu einem Anrufbeantworter weitergeleitet und der Call-Knopf am Tresor lief ins Leere.
Im Rückruf würde mir erklärt, dass jemand im Gastraum ist, der war jedoch noch verschlossen.
Danach erschien man dann doch zum Check-in"
