"Roaches in kitchenette. Told staff. Couldn't move us . Management not very helpful. Stuck in that room our whole stay because management was not available to help. The front desk staff was wonderful and understanding but no solution until we checked out. They only offered 20 percent discount. Will not be using this company anymore. Do better! My kids slept with the lights on to feel safe. Now I'll have a ton of work to do when I get home to ensure nothing came home with us. Had management been available I would have asked for a full refund and went elsewhere."

"Our stay was horrible and this was our second bad experience and we will never go back. I have pictures of mold in the microwave and the owner/manager avoided me like the plague because I wanted a partial refund. Breakfast area was clean but they served green bananas. Also, mold in the bathroom. This motel should not be part of the Best Western franchise."

"This place should not even allow guests to stay!!! It's that filthy! Pot smell in hallways, bathroom tub was black with dirt, mildew, the transmission between the mirror and sink had been ripped off and left with nothing, stained sheets and stained towels, ripped up tissue on the floor rug. The pool was apparently closed but the staff didn't offer this info. There was no door going into pool area and mattresses and chairs stacked up. The pool had water but looked like it had algae and bugs floating in it. It looked more like a pond!!! So gross. We did not end up staying. After checking in and seeing the state of this place we found another hotel and left. You'd have to pay us to stay there!"
