The staff went to a lot of trouble to move us to a sea view room, and the breakfast and dinner were both really tasty, although dinner was a set menu so it would perhaps be good to offer a couple of choices. The pool is lovely, and there is a safe outdoor swimming area. "

"We loved the hotel. Our dinner, however , was disappointing. We had to do everything short of fetching and preparing our food. From requesting menus, the check, bread, and having food eventually brought over that had clearly been sitting in the window as it was mildly warm when we finally got it, that was the only downfall. "I booked this stay after leaving the awful initial place I had booked. This hotel is absolutely wonderful: the rooms are perfect (with aircon), spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Even more than this, the staff are fantastic! Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful, always with a smile. There is a coffee shop and supermarket next door and the tram stops right outside the door. It’s about 20 minutes to the touristy area (one metro train and one tram for one stop). I have already recommended this hotel to friends traveling to Stockholm and I will definitely stay there again."
