"Decent enough for the price. The property seemed safe though the neighborhood was a smidge overgrown. It seems as if they are trying to bring it back to better standards. There were dehumidifiers present, and a slight mildew smell being covered with air fresheners. Thankfully though, NO presence of Fabuloso, which is the usual horrid go to! I appreciate that very much. The staff was very nice. Being honest, there was some hair on the bathroom floor, a dirty wall socket and the bath door didn't open 1/2 way- I feel like it was because of moisture. The beds were clean and comfortable, and I found NO signs of bedbugs, which makes for a better night's sleep!"

"The hosts were especially attentive and pleasant. 1000's of unique/antique items in the home, quite interesting learning about many of them on a brief tour given by the host. Home cooked breakfast was great. All around, good stopover option just a little NE of Tallahassee."

"My overnight stay was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only bug was that I could not get my room key card to unlock the door. My wife's key worked. I have stayed in several hotels in Perry. This hotel was by far the best if you are willing to pay more to get a quality stay."
