"One night stay , driving thru to Rapud City. Hotel was very clean , staff extremely helpful and friendly. Only didn’t realize how far away was to Williston (15min) . If we ever come back to this area would stay again as we head back to Canada ."

"I called 701-850-8074 to request a late check out on May 13th @ 5:44pm, I was rudely awakened by house keeping at 10:45am, then the manager at 11:15am on 5/14/26 demanding i leave. I said I contacted support and she said the number i dialed was a call center who doesnt send the calls to the front desk. Either way I called, I dont lie about stuff like this. But it is extremely unprofessional to wake up and demand i leave. I have 0 reasons to lie and needed that extra hr to sleep since I wk nights. The manager had 0 grace, 0 customer svc. Said the hotel was booked and I needed to be out. I want someone in upper management to address this. Its absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional. The front desk woman i talked to was there as well. Wouldn't make eye contact with me either. (Sus)!! Mistakes happen, dont treat me like a piece of trash because your incompetent staff cant do their job. Thats disgraceful. I ended up calling customer service (guest relations), they said they could see my request in there system. So clearly I called. Do a better job at your job. This hotel was rude, incompetent and was everything but helpful. Will not be spending money here again"

"price was best that I found that allowed pets but Breakfast menu was very limited. bread for toast, sausage gravy and biscuits, make your self waffles, no juice one type of cereal and a gallon of milk to use for the cereal didnt see if they had a pool or hot tub when checking in overheard the police were there night before due to issues in a room ice machine wasnt working but they had moved it to work on underflooring issues shower curtain was moldy at the bottom there was a tin of chew and chew spit in garbage when we came in and smelled like tobacco"

"The pool and jacuzzi were drained. The room we were first checked into didn't have any beds/furniture in it. The 2nd room we were checked into only had 1 bed. There were no room services during our stay. Carpets were dirty."

"This location was not up to Wyndham standards. The entire lobby and breakfast area was beyond filthy for our whole 3 night stay. We went to have breakfast the first day at 7:30. Since breakfast is from 5:30-9:30, this should be a good time. There was not even waffle mix in the machine, the waffle machine was not plugged in. There were a couple soggy eggs and breakfast sausages only. When we mentioned it to the front desk gentleman, he went over to the "cook" and they both laughed and spoke in their language. I guess he was laughing at the other guy for forgetting to do his job. We didn't find it funny. Unfortunately the breakfast area was so filthy that we chose to not enjoy our included breakfasts that we always have when we stay at any hotel by Wyndham"

"I have stayed at this specific hotel half a dozen times in the past. This stay was disappointing. The room smelled unclean, there was a random green rag left behind the bathroom door, used shampoo and conditioner, only one large towel stocked. There were multiple greasy hand and finger prints on the doors, walls and headboard. The amount of hair and lint between the headboard and mattress was pretty nasty. I understand there are many rig workers staying in this establishment now, and it is a dirty job, but the quality and cleanliness of this stay was disappointing."
