"Pre registered checkin online. It is a waste of time. When arrived, no fast track, one clerk training another, 40 minute line backed up. She would not mutitask speed. Bed lumpy, sunk in center. Mold along restroom bath tub bottom and Overflow drain. Tile floor sloppily repaired, grout mud everywhere, bed blanket smelt of dirt, carpets dirty, allergens high. Disaster!"

"First of all, I booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. Upon checking in, I was informed that the hot tub was on the fritz. I only stayed the one night and decided to check out a day early. I asked the front desk about getting either a credit or refund since I was not staying the additional night. He could not give me any information. I would have to speak to management and management was not there. Or at least that’s he told me."

"If you’re looking for an unforgettable first impression—for all the wrong reasons—this is the place. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk confidently insisted that I had stayed at the hotel the previous week. This was completely false, as it was my first time there. Despite calmly clarifying this, he continued in a rather intimidating tone, repeating that I had been there and even stating he would “verify it” using my ID. Only after checking did he realize his mistake and offer an apology. While I appreciate the apology, the situation should have never escalated in that way. Accusing a guest and speaking in a threatening manner is simply unacceptable. This experience clearly reflects a lack of proper customer service training and attention to detail. A hotel stay should begin with a welcoming and professional interaction—not confrontation. I hope management takes this seriously and invests in better staff training, because no guest should be treated this way."
