"Hate that the pictures really didn’t show good that the rooms are on the outside of the motel. Also if you leave something in the rooms please be nice enough to turn them in to front desk but that’s to be expected. Would not stay again or recommend"
"The room was huge and the bathroom shower was amazing. The king size bed was very comfortable. Our surroundings were quiet and we slept comfortably after a long day of driving. We did not participate in the free breakfast, but did grab a quick coffee. A selection of juices might be something to consider, in the future."
"Much better stay than the other hotels we've tried in the area. Very friendly staff, pet friendly, CLEAN, and the breakfast area is very nice and welcoming. This is our new go to when we come to town"
"When i checked in I was given the runaround about my "digital card" being declined but i could check in normally and dispute the charge with "hotelbeds.com". I refused and stood my ground and got checked in. An hour later the hot water was turned off. Then when it came back on at 10 pm it was so dirty we couldnt bathe. No warning, no consideration, no concern from the staff. In fact seemed mad that i mentioned it. Ran water until 6 am to clear it up enough to bathe. Breakfast was inedible due to the disgusting water in the hotel. No offers of bottled water or anything from staff. When i asked for new towels bc all of ours were dirty and housekeeping never came, front desk gave 1 towel. That was night one. Night 2 was better until the party started at 10 pm on the second floor or at least thats what it seemed like complete with a bowling ball toss or something. Called front desk said she would do what she could. It got worse and rolled till about midnight. Breakfast was not great but at least edible this morning. Bathrooms had mildew, were not very clean. Beds and sheets were clean. AC worked ok. Property owners just dont really seem to care about customer service. Had there been another hotel available within 20 miles I would have taken my family elsewhere."
