"Clean and quiet."

"It was a very nice hotel. The room was clean and spacious and very affordable. The beds and linens were comfortable, the shower was hot with great water pressure and the pet policy was great. However, I reserved and paid in full in Hotels.com and when I got to the hotel I was then told I had to pay an additional 30% deposit of the total room charge cos that was “hotel policy” yet that was not disclosed during the reservation and payment stage online. I have yet to receive that deposit back and for that reason I cannot recommend this hotel, because that deposit seems like a scam."

"The room was clean. The bathroom is nicely renovated. The breakfast was not good compared to other similar hotels. "

"The property is getting rundown and the renovations they’ve done are subpar. We arrived to our room and there weren’t any towels in our room or dishes in the cabinets. We got a text after check in saying welcome and to text if we need anything. We text that we needed towels but never got a reply. We had to go get towels from the front desk a few hours later and the towels they gave us were dingy and stained. We’ve been staying at this hotel for 20yrs because it’s one of the few places that have two bedroom suites. We state of the hotel made us sad and disappointed because we’ve always enjoyed our stays here every year. Unfortunately we won’t be back."

"Everything about this hotel was wonderful. Had went to another La Quinta and it was awful so we chose to go there and everything was to our expectation."

"When we arrived the elevator did not work and we were on the third floor. The bathroom was not clean and when calling down to ask for someone to clean it they didn’t have any cleaning staff available. The front desk clerk came up to clean it but the way she cleaned was not sanitary but in fairness she offered to give us another room before she “cleaned” the toilet seat. Honestly I wasn’t convinced it would be any better. We were only there for one night so decided to just stick it out and leave early. I would not stay there again. "
