"We stayed at Relax Hotel Nouracceur for 1 night and booked the 2 hr (120 min) Royal Moroccan spa treatment. In reality, the treatment was finished in 70 minutes. When we asked about this, they said there was a mistake in the tablet which lists the services and it should have said only 1 hour. However, if I knew that, I would not have booked it! This was very misleading. We emailed them but got no response. So we are writing this review to warn others who are looking to use their spa services."

"Bel établissement, personnel accueillant, mais prestations hôtelière et de restauration pas dutout à la hauteur d un 4 étoiles. De plus on nous a imposé une réception avec la musique à fond pendant 2h sous nos fenêtres alors que nous avions choisi un hôtel loin du centre pour pouvoir se reposer. Très regrettable. Nous n y retournerons pas "

"This place is very close to the airport. But it is a very basic room. No fuss. It was clean and what I believe the locals live like as the rooms are in their home. The hosts were very sweet and helped us with wifi and the tv. If ur looking for a place to crash from the night it’s a great deal. There’s a few cafes around and we were unsure because the neighbourhood is different then we are used to but once we walked around a bit we felt safe and the locals were very nice and helpful. "

" Is kind of noisy from the outside there is Basic bathroom, private room, great hospitality from the owner, breakfast lunch and dinner available on site with additional fee. Pretty close to the airport so is a good place to rest after a very long flight. "
