"I stayed here because I was having surgery and it was close to the location I needed to be at. The reviews seemed so so and I was like let's give it a try. Cant be to bad. It's a very old hotel. Some of the outlets did not work in the room. The shower head was old and only 1 setting worked. The sheets were dirty or old which made them appear dirty. Hallways dirty. The food smelt amazing for breakfast. I was unable to try it do to surgery that morning. It reminded me of an updated red roof inn. I'll pay the extra 40 bd stay at another hotel if I'm in the area. I do not recommend this place. Clearly under poor management."

"Enjoyed the four night stay in early May. Lancaster can speak for itself but the hotel was a good value. I understand why the pool was cold but the hot tub made up for it. Don't think we had a microwave in the room We were in the old section near the lobby. I liked the lobby and it had free coffee. I never could catch it full though. The lighting in the halls and room was a very dim yellow that gave a cozy but inadequate hue. Good area near many good things."

"I had a little trouble working the door because I neglected to push the pound sign after the numbers. Staff is available immediately on the phone. The entry is beautiful and smells glorious. The room seems more spacious than most motel rooms. But the greatest amenity of all was the lovely deep rectangular shaped tub. I would easily book at this hotel again. "

"Was okay stay would not do it again. First off, it's an old building, I get that. But there is a vibe that if you are staying there it's not their first priority. They have 2 restaurants in the lower floor of the building and that's where they make their money. The front desk is only staffed 8-9 or 10pm so if you want assistance it needs to fall into that time frame. Parking was an issue as we were assured there would be parking behind the building for our stay of 3 days. But 2 of the times we came in at night there was not a space marked for us to park. We were told later we could park at school farther away but we were leaving the next morning and didn't want to haul bags that far. Also since it's an old building there are not the amenities you expect. No frig and bathroom was teeny tiny. We also had drainage issues with the tub. There was no plug but that didn't latter no one was taking a bath and the tub wouldn't drain properly. I asked at the front desk if someone could unplug it as soon as I discovered there was an issue. I was assured someone would take a look while we were gone but no one did. There is a quiet time frame from 12am to 7am. So be aware of that. Lititz is a lovely town and we enjoy it every time we come out to see our daughter who lives there. We have stayed at several places over the years and thought we would try this place. "
