Lovely hotel in a stunning little village, nice gardens and food / drink was great too, special mention to Neil and his mother, lovely people, made me feel really welcome and would love to go back. best night away for ages. this was work but felt like a holiday!!!

The rooms were very good value and the owners were very friendly. The food in restaurant was exceptional, just as well as not much other eateries to choose from nearby. One problem was the door to the rooms was in the restaurant area and you had to slide past tables where people were eating.

Pike and Pearch Inn- very noisy room

This was the most comfortless room I have stayed in, in a long time. The Inn was close to a very busy rail line and the room in a converted barn was too warm so we had to keep the window open at night. Then at six every morning a water boiler added to the noise, not what one wants from a quiet stay in the country.
