"Such a lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff 24/7. Quiet area and the hotel has a really nice pool and pool bar. The rooms have balconies and the beds are super comfy. Great location too, just a 5 minute walk from the beach! "
"Had a bungalow with lounge and terrace. Good aircon and lots of space. The furnishings and decor are a little old but good quality and clean. One of the cupboards smelled a little musty but all in all it was great and good value for money. The staff are friendly and courteous. There great shower rooms between the upper and lower pools which were both quiet and well kept with free towels by the top pool. There are tennis courts and mini golf too. The breakfast was great, lots of variety and good quality. They let us use a room to shower and change the day we left as we had a late flight. You can use the gym, bar, pool and “beach” at the lusher bonanza playa across the road but they won’t let you have towels or use sun beds by their pool. I suggest saying you forgot your “black room card” when asking for towels if you want rise that pool. I was too honest! You can get buses to Palma or Portals Nous and beyond. This is high end and worth a visit with nice beaches. Nandi beach bar down the hill was one of the best beach bars I’ve ever been too and well worth a visit for a chilled out dinner with DJ set. All in all, for the price I recommend this hotel and would definitely return. I’d say 4.5 stars given price. Just a bit dated. "
"Beautiful hotel in Mallorca. The staff was friendly and the views were stunning. The spa services were great. The small downsides of the hotel include; the pools were cold and there are limited chairs around the pool, the ocean was quite rough where you can access it from hotel and we had little ants in our room. Other than that we loved our stay. The hotel is in a great location with mini markets/restaurants nearby and a 2€ bus ride into downtown Palma. "

5) bus # 4 in front of Hotel Bonanza will take you to downtown area for 2 euros.

7) rooms were spacious and up to date.
Dislike:
1) due to different levels in the facilities, you have to cross few hallways and elevators to get to different areas of hotel. It could be a little confusing, but you get used to it.
2) the hallways could be lighted better and there is a moist smell in some of the hallways, that could be very minor issues compared to all the advantages.
