"The hotel is very nice, but the layout to get to the rooms is very long. If you're on the upper floors and looking back, you have to walk a lot to get out! The breakfast is very good, the pools are very nice, the only drawback is that they don't have microwaves! The location is perfect! But they should open the back staircase or install an internal elevator! They have an elevator, but you have to walk! For the price and the location, it was worth it! And one more thing: the front desk staff should be a little more cheerful."

"Hotel was great only complaint I have is the TVs. We had 3 in our room and 1 had no signal the whole time we stayed there and 1 barely had channels, just thought the tvs would on the same connections. The other family we stayed with had the same issue in their room as well. Other then that everything was good."

"Went for a long weekend getaway with my 8 and 10 year old. Absolutely no complaints!! The grounds are very clean, the restaurants are great, you really don’t have to leave the property. Housekeeping accidentally took one of our towels on our last night. At checkout the front desk promised to look for it and mail it if it came up. The day after I arrived back home management called me and gave me a credit. Very nice gesture more importantly highlighting their exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!!"
