When the staff member learned I need to leave at 7:30am next morning, they served breakfast at 7am for me. "Nice breakfast with gluten free options. Unfortunately, the check in was terrible. Guy at the reception was unpleasant and ignorant. Despite my querries the day before our arrival, nobody from the hotel ever replied. Let alone told us there is no transfer after 10pm and that due to restricted parking one has to walk the bags about a kilometre from the car to the hotel. Not fun when it is late. One is tired and let alone has forgotten something in the car.. Fortunately, lovely lady at the reception called Neve has smoothed things up in the morning. Just that the night staff spoiled what otherwise would have been a fantastic experience."
