Lugar incrível muito lindo, pretendo voltar mais vezes. Quartos bem espaçosos , mar maravilhoso super calmo otimo para quem tem crianças. Sem contar que da pra ir pra varias outras praias por perto

Lugar muito bom. Porém se faz necessário mudanças em alguns eletrodomésticos que já estão precisando serem trocados. Talheres e panelas precisam de reposição. Geladeira não gela como esperado.

O empreendimento é maravilhoso e bem familiar, com uma praia espetacular, sem onda, ótima para quem quer tranquilidade, inclusive com disponibilidade de cadeira e guarda-sol. O apartamento poderia ter um pouco mais de comodidades / facilidades, ainda mais pra quem vem de fora, tem cozinha mas não tinha nada pra esquentar água pra fazer um café, não tinha forma de gelo, liquidificador e poderiam disponibilizar um cooler para levar alguma coisa pra praia, tb não disponibilizam toalha pra piscina.

Both phone numbers were out of service. Terrible customer service. Did not return money even under government state of emergency due to torrential rain and floods, warnings to stay home, and multiple deaths. I would not recommend this place.

A estadia foi super tranquila! Sempre que precisávamos de algo, tinha alguém para atender. Senti falta de uma churrasqueira elétrica, mas os demais utensílios são suficientes. O condomínio em si é muito bom! tem recreação para crianças maiores. A praia é maravilhosa. Gostamos muito e pretendemos voltar!

Pontos altos: Gostamos bastante do condômino, lugar calmo e bem acessível. Sem falar com o mar a nossa frente que parec mais uma piscina. O pessoal de apoio muito educado, agradecemos pela atenção a Rose, responsável pela unidade do bloco Manaia que nos atendeu prontamente sempre que precisamos. Limpeza e conservação do condomínio muito boa. Pontos fraco: falta tv por assinatura, internet de qualidade, falta sombra para os veículos, barulho de obras e manutenção em apartamentos antes das 6:30 am, problema de comunicação entre o condomínio e a operadora, já que ao chegarmos às 16:30 nossa reserva não estava registrada na recepção na hora de entrada, e olha que chegamos bem após o horário de chek in que é 14h, e agradecemos ao recepcionista Gabriel que agilizou e resolveu tudo. No mais, com certeza voltaremos outras vezes!

Lugar muito bonito!! Condomínio novo, com piscinas para adultos e crianças, limpo e funcionários muito simpáticos! Indico alugar carro, pois não tem nada perto e a conveniência não funciona o dia todo, além de ficar à vontade para os passeios. Praia impecável!!! Ligia quem cuidou da reserva e estadia, muito atenciosa!!
