The room was very dirty. The first room smelled terrible because of the bathroom. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain There was mold on the wall. The toilet and shower did not look clean. The key to open the room was broken. I asked to move to another room, and they changed it for me. Unfortunately, the second room was still not very clean. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

O hotel é bem localizado, e a equipe é muito simpática e acolhedora. No entanto, a propriedade em si parece bastante negligenciada e necessita de uma manutenção significativa, além de uma administração mais eficiente. Quando cheguei, fui acomodado em um quarto que ainda não havia sido limpo. Em seguida, fui transferido para outro quarto que estava limpo, porém sem toalhas, e o piso estava completamente molhado devido a um vazamento do ar-condicionado. Tive que informar o problema novamente e, felizmente, a equipe respondeu prontamente e resolveu a situação. Com uma melhor manutenção e uma gestão mais organizada, este hotel tem potencial para oferecer uma experiência muito melhor aos seus hóspedes.

Quarto: melhoria na pia, piso do quarto muito desgastado, posição da Tv na lateral da cama, posição das lâmpadas proximo da cabeça do hóspede, sem vista para o mar, 2 quarto muito pequeno em relação ao 1º. Garrage: com poças de águas, não tem portão eletrônico, tem aguardar o funcionario abrir. Café da manhã: Bom Localização: Excelente, contudo proprociona risco a segurança ao hóspede, por causa em frente ao hotel por presença de moradores de rua e viciados, não ví policiamento apesar ser próximo à uma delegacia de polícia. Conclusão: foi satisfatória a hospendagem, pelo preço sugerido na diária.

Café da manhã com pouca variedade. Temperatura do café qdo colocava com leite ficava morna. Havia quarto com barata e parede muito morfada (pelo menos a troca para outro quarto foi sek dificuldade). Instalações bem antigas, chuveiro ruim. Cama com pé quebrado, mesmo tendo pedido manutenção o pé soltou. O odor do corrego chega ao corredor do hotel e o clima na frente é de insegurança devido ao número de pessoas em situação de rua habitando a frente dele. Não é tão próximo da praia quanto imaginei ser ao ler a descrição. A equipe de funcionários educada e gentil, foi a única coisa que prestou de verdade. Ah, o colchão terrível pra quem tem problema na coluna, como eu. Não recomendo, não voltarei.

A experiência foi Ok. Pelo preço que paguei, não esperava um serviço excepcional. O staff do hotel é cordial, o café da manhã é bom e a localização também. No mais, tive alguns pontos de insatisfação. Ficamos três dias no hotel e o quarto não foi limpo ou arrumado em nenhum dia (saímos todos os dias). As camas (de solteiro) no quarto para três eram muito MUITO ruins. Os lençóis eram ruins, finos e estavam fedendo. A garagem é apertada e o elevador do local me deu um pouco de medo (me pareceu velho e desnivelado). O hotel precisa de uma reforma. Recomendo para estadias muito curtas ou pessoas que não vejam problemas nos pontos que relatei.

Apesar da proximidade com a praia de Boa Viagem, a localização não se mostrou um ponto positivo, devido à presença constante de moradores de rua na região e ao cheiro forte de esgoto em frente ao hotel. A estrutura é simples e precisa urgentemente de reforma e manutenção, o que impacta no conforto e na limpeza. O café da manhã é básico e o atendimento, embora educado, poderia ser mais ágil. Mesmo considerando o custo, não vale a pena. Há opções na região com melhor qualidade pelo mesmo valor.
