The room was very dirty. The first room smelled terrible because of the bathroom. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain There was mold on the wall. The toilet and shower did not look clean. The key to open the room was broken. I asked to move to another room, and they changed it for me. Unfortunately, the second room was still not very clean. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

O hotel apresenta alguns problemas estruturais, o quarto tem uma cortina que não fecha totalmente a janela, rasgada com algumas partes em aberto. O banheiro não tem box de vidro no chuveiro, além do chuveiro ser pequeno e fraco. O quarto observa-se má conservação dos móveis, com partes quebradas ou gastas mesmo devido ao uso. O café da manhã não é tão diverso, mas pelo valor da diária apresenta um custo benéfico satisfatório. É importante ressaltar que o padrão do hotel de 3 estrelas, localizado em Boa Viagem, pode melhorar nesses aspectos. O estacionamento é pago, porém limitado, chegamos às 21h da noite e não havia vagas, tem uma opção de estacionamento público na frente do hotel, em frente ao canal, e outra opção em hotel vizinho por R$30. No mais, acredito que para curtas estadias cumpre seu papel.

Este hotel não tem absolutamente nada a ver com as imagens. Fui em um grupo grande com minha família, 5 reservas, 5 quartos diferentes e ninguém saiu satisfeito. Toalhas de banho muito finas e velhas, apenas um lençol para se cobrir, roupa de cama e banheiro com aspecto sujo. Café da manhã foi até ok. Os funcionários são educados, acredito que essa é a única avaliação boa que posso fazer.
