The air conditioning units are abysmal and no matter how low you set it, the temperature in my room was averaged between 21°-23° the six nights I spent there even with the AC set at 17°. Staff are kind however they do not speak any English as advertised. It took an unsuccessful phone call, a visit to the front desk, two translation apps and three employees to answer...

The area was noisy and had a ton of drunk people loitering around especially at night. The housekeeping staff was on the aggressive and overzealous side of things. Cleanliness could be better. The shower was semi-clogged and drained poorly. The hotel seems to discount unsold rooms at night and this tend to bring in a loud party goer style crowd after...
