"I stayed 3 nights at the Artezen and really enjoyed it. The room was really nice and clean. What really stood out for me were the beautiful linens by Frette (slippers too!), which I thought was a very elegant touch. The staff is delightfully young and friendly. Also very helpful when I asked for an iron … ironing board and iron sent to the room immediately. Also, I had a VIP voucher to use at the rooftop bar, but as it was closed on Sunday night and memorial day Monday night, I couldn’t use it. The front desk kindly offered me a bottle of wine in compensation, which I thought was a nice gesture. The neighborhood is great as you are just across the street from subway hub Fulton Center. And there are plenty of eateries in the area. Easy walk to the 911 memorial too. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to NYC. Thanks to the staff for a lovely stay. 🙏😍"
