"The property at first looks shady but our room was clean, beds comfy and decent breakfast. Pool is located in the middle so from the back half to access the front, you either have to walk all the way outside and around OR go thru the pool area- which was extremely strong chlorine smell. We felt safe in the area as it’s off the beaten path in the Dells. Overall a good place to lay your head and within distance to most popular Dells activities "

"Found cockroach in room. Hotel is 1 step away from shabby. There is junk in the front strewn about, marks on the wall, paint peeling in the tub, no bar soap in room, no iron or ironing board. Breakfast exceeded expectations. "

"This is our 5th time staying at this hotel for a yearly event. We've always had a good stay. This time wasn't the best. Our big bath towels were dirty. The others were stained horribly! They should have been tossed! Only 4 outlets in the entire room worked! We needed the TV and a light plugged in so that left only 2 for anything else! The hair dryer didn't work! Bathroom outlets didn't work. No coffee pot in room and I called ahead of time to check and was told there would be. Breakfast was horrible. Room temperature hard boiled eggs. Toast. But all the PB & jelly pkts were old and hard as a rock! Waffles were good though. No meat at all! Expired yogurt. Noone wiped off the tables until after breakfast. They were bad! Watered down OJ. Luggage carts were absolutely disgusting!! The whole place needed a serious good vacuum!! Ceiling was paper thin!! The people in the room above us sounded like they had a heard of elephants with them! We could hear every single step!! All night long!! Staff was friendly. An older gentleman cleaning rooms was very friendly and very nice! Arcade was decent but the games were priced way too high! Didn't use pool but it looked nice. Parking was ok. Lots of space. Beds were clean and comfortable. "

"Very run down and in need of a lot of work. The building smelled terrible and the beds were horrendous. The doors were broken and it had snowed with no real clean up making it dangerous to walk to your car. It's a haul to the water park and they want you to park about a half mile away which is ridiculous. Would not stay here again."

"It was opening weekend. Staff were still being trained - meaning check in took a lot longer than it should have. Pool hours were dumb, it closed at 9pm (Maybe adults only till 11 would be good?). "

"Good value, everything you expect. The staff were kind, the room was clean, plentiful variety for the continental breakfast. Fitness room is GREAT so is the pool hot tub and working sauna. Wed stay again, good for families."

"It was an awful experience. Got all the way to The Polynesian Hotel and no one was there. There was a note on the lobby door stating all reservations have been moved to the Atlantis Hotel. I was never informed of any such changes. I was receiving emails stating they couldn't wait to see us and check in was at 4pm. Had to call Atlantis Hotel. Thankfully they had room for us at their hotel. However the front desk told me the Polynesian was under construction but their were no construction crews insight. Being moved to a different hotel was a total inconvenience to my family's stay."
