"At check in we were notified it was a non-smoking room. The first room we were given reeked of cigarettes that the cleaning staff tried to mask. We were moved to a different room that did not have a working fan in the bathroom and the AC did not keep the room cool at all. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the breakfast was terrible and the same every morning. "

"No washcloths or cups in room. Bathroom sink faucet was literally falling off. I couldn’t imagine that it hadn’t been reported prior or housekeeping hadn’t reported. Breakfast was good."
