"We had a wonderful stay at The Chedi El Gouna — a calm, elegant resort with a genuine sense of quality and care. The atmosphere is serene and relaxing, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout.
The staff were truly exceptional and made us feel genuinely well looked after. Special thanks to the two Beshoys (Safwat and Gamil), whose service stood out; to Ibrahim Mounir for sharing his deep knowledge of El Gouna and Hurghada; and to Mustafa and Abdullah for their warm, attentive service at mealtimes. A heartfelt thank-you also to Haidi and Marina, whose friendly and thoughtful conversations really made us feel at home.
Kerlokos at check-in was especially welcoming and supportive. Ahmad and the lifeguard team at the pools and beach were professional and reassuring. And Ramadan from housekeeping was consistently kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay.
