"The apartment itself was spacious and the price was excellent. Unfortunately, I had to request towels, as there were none. Requested 4 bath towels for 4 people, but was only given 2 bath towels. I noticed the fridge in both places we rented in Saudi were unplugged upon arrival. Laundry machine does not really dry your clothes (it is a one in all, but not good at drying). "Confused staff dont know anything and dont understand any english. I booked online and they tell me they dont have a booking asking me to pay again. Hours later they send their other staff to tell us it went through. Terrible service."

"I had the worst customer service experience with Mbaat. I booked a property in mid-July and paid in full upfront through Expedia. On check-in day, we were left waiting a long time with my kids while the staff claimed no payment was made. Even after I sent proof via WhatsApp, I received no response for a while, then was told the payment was “not complete.” I had to call Expedia to resolve the issue. Because of this experience, I will never return to Mbaat or recommend them to family and friends."
