"This hotel is average . I stayed here for 6 nights with my husband . We noticed a lot of refurbishments work being carried out in the hotel during our stay. This hotel has all the facilities including a fully equipped gym and spa. The main reception area , main pool and our room were stunning and excellent. "We stayed 3 nights. The regular pool was great. They were working on the thermal pool when we arrived but we were still able to use it. The thermal pool was much improved during our stay. Breakfast varied based on how many guests are at the hotel. With few guests they fix you a plate in the kitchen but they were very accommodating. With more guests they put out a buffet which is excellent. The room and balcony were clean. We do not smoke and the room we were given smelled great. "

"Our first day there were no visible staff despite a cafe door being open, we brought our own coffee etc down to the pool and when we went inside the hotel to adk for ice we were told we couldn't bring our own drinks poolside. We pointed out that no one had even come outside. After that the attention was good. The deluxe rooms were fabulous although all the glass had fingerprints on. The breakfast was amazing, truly sensational. I did comment on the lack of shady parking and no electric car charging points, we had to go to another hotel to charge our car. "

"The manager of this property helped us in every way. He explained anything we asked about whether it was about the hotel or the tourist attractions. There was a free shuttle to Pamukkale and he called us a cab to get to the train station on our way out. He even called the cab driver when he realized that we left a phone in our hotel room. Then he asked the cab driver to take us to a smaller train station because he worried that we would miss our train. Stellar service, clean, wonderful pool, excellent breakfast! "
